For the dough:
white wheat flour

For the topping:
oregano

tomato sauce
200 ml
grated cheese
150 g
mozzarella
50 g
pizza ham
150 g
champignon
50 g

Paruošimas

  1. Prepare the starter. Sift the flour through a sieve. Crush the yeast and add the sugar. Pour in lukewarm water and lukewarm milk. Allow it to rise for about 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
  2. Once the yeast is activated, add salt and knead everything into a smooth dough. Add the olive oil towards the end. Cover with a cotton cloth and let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough over the entire baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the sauce and other ingredients over the dough. Cover with salted tomato juice and sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Then add the pizza ham and the sliced mushrooms.
